3 day test, low estrogen?

I have to go back back and do the Day 21 test and then meet with the doctor next month. In the meantime, everything else (FSH, LH, testosterone, etc) looks normal for Day 3 but my estrogen seems quite low. I'm early 30s with one healthy pregnancy behind me. Everything I read online says low estrogens at Day 3 is generally good. Is it?

Estradiol, Sensitive 22.6 (pg/mL)
Estrogens, Total 53 (pg/mL)

Anyway, I'll be meeting with my OB GYN in a few weeks to go over all this. But in the meantime, ????

i think they don't quite understand where estrogen is supposed to be.

my own experience is that low estrogen is good. i have a very low AMH and was able to get pregnant multiple times in my forties. my estrogen and FSH were always low.
