Spinning off the thread on DC venues, wondering if anyone has any recommendations on unique venues in the NY area?

Ideally, would be within a 1.5 hour drive of Westchester, NY. NYC is ok but pretty much everywhere would be out of budget. NJ/CT generally ok too.

Would like to keep it under $150 per person for venue/food/drink which isn’t easy in this area!

Inside or outdoor- lots of mansions where grounds can be used all along the Hudson. But limited access to inside.
