Mailing appeal: Use form or website address with additional Dept.?

Anonymous
The website says the address to mail appeal materials to is:

Instructional Services Department
Advanced Academic Programs
Willow Oaks Center
8270 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive
Fairfax, VA 22031

The appeal form says the address is:

Advanced Academic Programs
Willow Oaks Center
8270 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive
Fairfax, VA 22031

Would you add the "Instructional Services Department" or leave it out? I just don't want our appeal in the wrong pile. Why can't FCPS be consistent on their own stuff. To me it's the equivalent of sending something to the DOJ in the civil rights office vs DOJ civil appellate division civil rights office. Which one is best if you're trying to reach the civil rights office at the DOJ?

Mail two copies to each address and get delivery recipients for both mailings

You could call and ask.

It's the same address- either will get it there I'm sure.

Either one will work.

OP, your analogy doesn’t work because this is a much smaller office. Don’t worry. Either way, it will get to the right pile.

Just call and ask them

I used the address directly from the form.
