Where to go within a 4 hour drive from Orlando?

Hi all. We'll be visiting the inlaws in Orlando over Christmas. They have generously offered to watch our DS (who will be 7.5 months) for a couple of days so that my husband and I can take a mini-vacation (the first real alone time we've had since our son's birth). I have no idea where to go....we love the outdoors, kayaking, beach, cute towns, good food, etc. Are willing to splurge on a fancy resort since it's probably our only real vacay for a while. So....where would you suggest???

Hutchinson Island Marriott -- we've been there with kids. It's not super-fancy or romantic, but very nice (a little spiffier than your average Marriott) with pool, tennis courts, kayaking and sailing. It's also near Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, which is great for hiking.

St. Augustine? Cute little town - lots of great B&Bs.

Ritz Carlton in Naples? Or La Playa resort in Naples?
