Good for the former student who FOIAd the hell out of GMU to get these documents. Universities don’t get this way by accident.

The Kochs paid for the donation to George Mason so they would name their law school after Scalia. For sale to the highest bidder and not many people bidding on GMu.

UVa Law has an Olin program that seems similar in having a nutjob conservative in a chair funded by conservatives

I actually think the worst part of the GMU scandal is the president lied for years about the terms of the deal and only when a student persisted for years under FOIA to get the docs did he admit the truth and say it was unacceptable.
