Counseling for 14 year old DD

Finding an excellent counselor/therapist is challenging. Need recommendations for someone in the Alexandria or Fairfax area with expertise in teens with social anxiety, Low self-esteem, some oppositional behavior. Need someone who takes health insurance. TIA

Have you checked your insurers website? I found it useless to get recommendations unless you have the option of being on a waitlist for what might be an extended period of time.

Also if you want recommendations for people your insurance covers you really need to identify your insurer.
