Kids World Multicultural Daycare and language immersion program feedback

Hello,

I'm researching language immersion infant childcare as a FTM. Does anyone have feedback on such programs in Northern Virginia (preferably Fairfax or Arlington Counties)? I saw Kids World Multicultural Daycare but there's no feedback online. Any recs or feedback would be greatly appreciated (general, good or bad experiences).
