Just watched Chris Evans video that he has social anxiety..

And then looking back at what he said was the best advice he can give is just to say shush to his thoughts and brain. I wish my DS in college would watch it. Has SA too. Now all those funny stories he told on talk shows how he cried till 4th grade going to camp and school, and only day camp, and telling his mom about his sex life...my DS tells me everything, like everything... being nervous about his movie premiere and Downey calling him a nervous Nelly... I wonder if it is just for publicity or for real? I hope it is not just for show. Anyway, just thought I would share.

Many actors have social anxiety, or at least have said that they do.

Because on the stage, you are someone else. Someone who does not have social anxiety.

OP here. Well, I think it is for real, but sadly some of these reality shows are making me paranoid.... It seemed a very honest interview.
