Salads with spinach and lean meat Lean meat with steamed vegetables Peppermint tea can help bloating |
| I would fast for one day at least with lots of water. |
| A sweaty hard workout to clean out your cells of waste products and toxic crap. |

- no alcohol for a week (or more)
- eat lots and lots of whole fruits and vegetables. Think you've had enough? Eat more fruits and vegetables. - drink lots of water - exercise - keep your salt to a minimum (you do need some, especially with the exercise) |
