My child is doing a summer program living in Warren Towers. Do kids use window fans? Wondering how hot it will be and the best type of fan to use. Thanks!

I don't think it is possible to have neither AC or open windows. The building has to ventilate, no? I'd call.

Warren tower windows do open. Lots of forums talking about the excessive heating system and windows are cracked even in dead of winter.
