New preschool opening in Glen Echo Park?

I just saw an ad for it through a Glen Echo post. Any details?

Pretty sure it is a break away from the preschool that was in the church at River and Goldsboro. The church had hosted, but it had been secular until a sudden shift. That lead some parents to form the new place with some of the teachers. I know this because an acquaintance is one of the organizers of the new place. It won't have a full-day option, at least for now, so it doesn't work for us. But she was excited about it.

Concord St Andrews Church. There was an article in the WP about it a few weeks ago. Church put the hammer down. Will try to get more info -- friend is a teacher there.

It is related to Concord St Andrews as it is going to have all veteran teachers but also use all of the professional artists and programs already at the park for its specials. I.e music, art and dance as well as an outdoor nature program and built in field trips to the aquarium, Theater etc. I went to the open house last week and it looks really great. They said that some of the classes are close to full but have some places in the oldest class? I have a feeling this will be pretty popular eventually. Best of luck.
