Anyone send their kids to Rec-Pac? Appreciate any reviews. I am looking at it for my rising 1st grader. We’re torn between a martial arts camp or Rec Pac.

Rec-PAC is amazing! great staff and great manager of the camp. Rec-PAC is very affordable and some sites even provide breakfast and lunch to all campers. The loactions are all over the county in public schools. I just wish they ran longer in the summer like closer to the start of school.

There are several locations- I’m sure it varies by location how good the program is. Our Rec pac experience was very rough- stealing, bullying and lack of supervision to the extent that I removed my child after the first 3 days. It was terrible.

Ours was a disaster. We only went for one of the four weeks we registered for. They never went outside, the counselors spent all day on their phones, the kids weren’t supervised, activities were lame.

I think it falls into- you get what you pay for.
