| Why don't you try whole grain white bread? It has the same amount of fiber as wheat bread but tastes like white. |

| Vermont Bread Company Soft Whole Wheat. Has a red label. They sell it at Whole Foods (I'm sure other places as well but that's our primary grocery store). |

| Ultimate Grains whole wheat. It's delicious, also high in fiber and protein. And really yummy. |

Just go with natures own -not the honey wheat but the whole grain (and not the red one with seeds, unless you’re kids are ok with that).
