| Looking for a 3 month old and 2 year old. |
| We are very, very happy at vibrantots. |

Fanta Lissitt took care of my child from the time he was 4 months old until we moved him into pre-school. I could not ask for a better environment or a more caring person.

Karasik (run by the Arc of Montgomery County)

| You may have to look at 2 separate facilities or look for a nanny share for the baby and a pre-school for the 2yo. SSDS, Rock Creek, and Evergreen all have good toddler programs. |
|
Buenos Amigos (near Forest Glen metro) takes both ages. They divide up the kids by ages in two facilities (two houses) next to each other. There's often a long wait list, but it's worth calling.

| Silver Spring covers such a big area--if Bethesda is on your commute, Bethesda Reggio is opening another class for 2 year olds. Near BCC High School off East West Highway. |
| We are at Bright Horizons at NOAA. Can’t speak to the Infant room bc we enrolled at 2 last Summer, but LOVE the Twos teachers! |
| We live in Silver Spring and go to Norwood Park Preschool in Chevy Chase, MD - though it's only for 2-5 year olds, and runs from 9:00am - 12pm or 2:30pm. |

I had a really hard time finding good options. The best I could come up with were Circle time (major waitlist) and Karasik.
I have two at Karasik now and really, really like it. I highly recommend going on a tour and figuring out a way off the waitlist. They generally enroll kids in June, September, and January, but they sometimes do off-cycle. Once you get one kid in, the other gets sibling priority. |
| For my own experience , I don’t think buenos amigos daycare has knowledgeable staff. |
| Would you like a daycare close to Aldi store on Georgia Avenue and Corwin dr? Its 20 minutes walking from SS downtown |
So not terribly helpful for the OP..... I agree you may not be able to get both kids in somewhere together right away. If you can get the 2yo into a center like Karasik, Circle Time,or Bright Horizons you will get prioity for the infant. You could do a nanny share in the meantime. In home daycares are another option but even then the good ones do not typically have a lot of openings. |
