Math tutor for hfa/ adhd child

How would I go about finding a tutor for 10 year old? He seems clueless when I try to do his math homework with him. He is in a small SN school and I’m scared he’s really falling behind. I’m not qualified to be a math teacher- I try to walk him through the problems at home but I literally am teaching it to him as if he’s never seen it before.

you could try the local IDA website or the local LDA website for recommendation of qualified tutors.

Have you talked to his teacher and school?' They should have ideas about how to help him in school and /or have tutor recommendations.
