wouldn't that be kinda weird if your date end up killing you or something and your coworkers/family members all find out you were trying to hook up while on a work related trip? too much tv i know.

You need to log on now to start the process. If you are going for the weekend, don't wait until Friday to log on. Do it by Wednesday at the latest. That way, you will give the partner time to make plans, have time for a little banter back and forth to build excitement, and then boom.

Use Tinder Pro as you can set your location to the place you're traveling in advance and start lining up dates.

You may find it just as easy to meet women at the conference though -- people tend to be in a jovial mood. Just try to do it outside official events or you'll get reported for violation of the conference's "code of conduct" policy for anything deemed flirting.
