Just back from Panama City. "Trump Tower" was an eyeopener.

His name was removed a couple weeks ago but little else has changed. Still dominates skyline. The seaside restaurant has only coffee and sweet rolls. It's being used as a waiting room for ferry to the islands. The "mall" was half empty. The hotel obviously had very few guests, though the casino was hopping on Saturday night. The city itself is a mix of skyscrapers and slums. Cycling on the Amador Causeway was fun. Valle Anton, pearl islands and san las are idyllic, though festival in anton was loud. We stayed far enough away not to suffer.
