DC area antisemitism and the political response?

Beyond the Trayon White story, which fortunately isn't being ignored completely by the media, but how about other examples?

For example busboys and poets hosted a virulent antisemite to speak there, and not a peep.. It's like people here are happy to ignore antisemitism if it doesn't come from the right, which is a tiny tiny minority in the DC area and in DC proper.

OP here again, I grew up in the area, i remember in the early 80s the fear of the KKK in the area at least in my synagogue.. however now, it seems antisemitism is being quietly mainstreamed by the left.

Wait, so your example is to cite a book talk from 2 years ago, and we’re all supposed to take your word for it that there was “not a peep.” Try again, OP.

Would you be this dismissive of anti black racism or homophobia?

I agree with you. I feel the antisemtism on the left is every bit as bad as on the right. The latter consists of violent attacks by a minute group of fringe loonies, but the former is insidious through associations with anti-Semites and having weak responses to antisemitism when it is revealed among elected members.

Also, Women's March DC made two "apologies" for the association with Farrakhan on twitter. The first one did the we condemn antisemitism, but israel is a racist horrible country!

Then they eventually erased that, then made a second post without ranting about israel..
