I LOVE my gym. I don't want to identify it, but it's one of those places where you work at different stations. Trainers set up the workout of the day and work with everyone as they go through the circuit. They're all positive and encouraging, while pushing you. I love the style. I look forward to going.
While ownership and the managers haven't changed, I feel like there's a revolving door with the training staff. All of them have been great, but it seems like they only last 6-8 months. Is ths normal? |
| Yeah. It is a low-paid, low-status job. People move on as soon as they can. |
| Yes, it's a revolving door type of job. A lot of them are training while in school or looking for another job, too. |

| that seems likes a pretty fast turnover. I've been at OTF for a few years and while trainers leave and move around there area still a lot who have been there for a while/since I joined. The ones who have left have mostly done so for big reasons like moving, new full-times, going back to school... |
