Is this guy really an ALT Right, or just someone trying to get famous?

I posted about him because I ran into him walking his dog. I never saw him up close. I recognized him from his pics about Pizza Gate. I just wanted to learn more about him and after doing so, like I posted he scares the hell out of me. Just wanted to see what people out there know about him, or if they see him out and about.

Pertaining to his politics, I am not really sure where he stands, he seems a rabid conservative, but not ALT right? He seems wish washy on his stances, so I wonder if he is just trying to get famous, or he really believes the crap he pushes.
