calling doctor

This is my first pregnancy and I am 30 weeks. I have been having lower abdominal pains - I have called the doctor at least once a week for the last two weeks. Is it possible to call to many times?

no. call as often as you need to. trust your instincts. my ob says he always has a few patients who call every day when pregnant.

So you've called ... twice. Definitely not too many times!!!

I agree with PP; trust your instincts and who cares what they think of you, anyway. It's far more important that you get good care than that they think you are a model patient.

And I hope the pain goes away and isn't anything serious.
