Seriously I don't understand the question - you are going to connect through a European hub city. It is slightly faster the further east you connect so if all else is equal connecting through Munich or Vienna will be a bit quicker but just find the airline with the best fares and make sure you have a reasonable connection time.

If the fares are equal I'd connect through a smaller hub where I could get the miles.
