What exactly do they do for you and your child? How much do they charge? Who do you recommend? Avoid? Do you think he or she helped get your child into a school/the right school? Do they give you any information you couldn't have researched yourself - like application deadlines, outplacement -- or just called the admissions office at a school and ask.
