Did Reston Soccer and Great Falls Soccer vote to merge?

Spirit supported the merger probably because it will increase field availability and a feeder player pool in Virginia. |

| Merger has been in the works for years. Reston has better Rec program and gf better travel, the Two combined will benefit both parties. Fields are not far from one another. Everything within 5 miles of each other. |

At least on the boys side, Reston routinely has better travel teams than Great Falls. |

| I should hope you meant that. Reston travel soccer is a joke, and has been for quite some time. Players with ANY talent leave Reston to play elsewhere - telling that NOT ONE PLAYER on the SLHS varsity OR JV plays on a Reston travel team. |
