Applying for Global Entry online - kids accounts?

Anonymous
I'm registered under the Trusted Traveler Program, for Global Entry. I'm now trying to apply for my two kids, but login.gov won't let me use my email address to create new accounts for them. Anyone else have Global Entry for the kids? If so, how'd you apply online when they don't have their own email addresses? I'm calling login.gov's helpline and have been on hold for a long time.... TIA!

I made a gmail address for DD under my account.

Finally got through - yup, have to create an email address for each of my kids. No way around it!

If you have a gmail account you can add "+" and anything to your username and it will send it to your account but usually registers as a unique email address. For example we use our username+kid's initials (at) gmail.com when they need their own unique address.

OP here. Set up the kids' accounts, did the applications online. Their interviews are in two days. I can't find anything on the TTP website that says if the kids need any other documentation besides their passports - for adults we need passports and drivers' licenses. But what proof of address do kids have?? For those who've done it, did the kids need anything other than passports for the interviews? TIA!

I brought the passport, birth certificate and my proof of address. Only needed the passport, but the Type A side of me would still recommend you bring the birth certificate and your proof of address.

I did it last summer and brought passports, the conditional approval letter, and my license for the address. No issues. Took 10 minutes because the fingerprinting for the younger one took a while to get right.

Its totally worth the hassle when you get precheck on all US flights and sail through the separate customs line at Dulles for the next 5 years.
