Right from the beginning (FreshPac) Bowser has played fast and loose with the rules. It might be time for her to resign.
She circumnavigated the rules in regard to hiring Wilson and she’s selling DC one piece at a time.

What are you even talking about? You are overblowing these things and being entirely too dramatic. Bowser has made mistakes, but overall she has done a great job.

Not really. She is riding the momentum of the city and simply hasn't messed things up very much.

Most of her administration are cronies and empty vessels.
