App to track progress toward running goals

I’m looking for an app that facilitates tracking progress towards weekly running mileage goals, and ideally, would enable doing that as a group (I.e. some friends and I all agree to run 20 miles a week, and want to be able to see each other’s progress towards that goal). Any recommendations? If the group thing doesn’t exist, something to track, and possibly share, my own progress would be okay.

Bonus points is can track exercise beyond running.
