The long term goals just aren’t working for me. I think I need to focus on week-to-week goals. I have about 20lb I’d like to lose by July, but it seems so overwhelming. What should my weekly focus be? What small goals can I aim for in a week that will have long term effects? |
I’m on week 7. My goals are pretty much the same every week. Plan what I will eat. Grocery shop for the foods I need. Prepare meals. Don’t eat out for convenience - planned only. Order well in restaurants. Gym three times a week. |
