Intramural Sports

Where can I find casual/intramural sports coed or women? Nothing overly competitive. I had a baby 6mos ago and want to get active, outside of the gym. I’ve played intramural sports before, but am not particularly amazing at any specific one, so I’m open. My main focus is fun and exercise, not winning (although thats always great too), so anything too competitive would probably not be a good fit.

Any guidance or suggestions are appreciated! My husband suggested Meetup, so I’m already looking into that.
