Getting to DCA from NE DC on March 10 (Rock n Roll marathon)

Usually I take 295 from my neighborhood to get to DCA.
The road closure maps confuse me. Will I be able to get to DCA during the marathon or should I change flights? |

| Why not take metro? Stops almost inside the terminal it’s so close. |

| I dealt with this a few years ago. I took the Metro rather than chancing it with an Uber. I just used my Metro app to time the train correctly. They will only be running once every 20-25 minutes. |

You can cross North Capitol via the Rhode Island Ave and NY Ave overpasses. The runners will be below you on North Cap.
