I had the 24-hour stomach flu, where I was drinking liquids but whenever I ate, I got sick.
I love the way I look even after 24-hours on liquids. So, I ate a banana and a couple protein bars today, but didn't eat a meal. I feel like my stomach finally shrank enough where a diet will be easy. Tell me the exact small food diet to do (if I stretch out my stomach again, there is no hope!). |
Your stomach isn't shrinking and making you less hungry. Likely it's water loss, less bloat, and post flu. Just eat a healthy, high fiber plant heavy diet and drink lots of water. |
