Has anyone used it or its equivalent? I hear it’s insanely difficult and even really fit people are overwhelmed at first. My gym doesn’t have one do I’ve been unable to give it a try. I’m in really good shape but am looking for something to up my fitness level even more. |
I used one at my old gym 20+ years ago. It was the only piece of equipment that never had a line, and I soon learned why. I was in insanely great shape, and it kicked my butt.
Boring (headphones are your only option), but very effective. |
