No, it's not. There's a lot of terrible food around Times Square.

If a place is full of tourists but serves decent food, that's fine.

The problem is all of the places that happen to be full of tourists and serve boring (or improperly handled ) food.

No, it's not. There's a lot of terrible food around Times Square.

If a place is full of tourists but serves decent food, that's fine.

The problem is all of the places that happen to be full of tourists and serve boring (or improperly handled ) food.
