The truth is that this is a lame tournament and any win is hollow. The better teams are all playing in the FPYC tournament. There’s barely enough teams to even field a tournament. |
Two U10 teams from the same rec league playing each other in what is advertised as an 'all star' tournament is just pitiful. Its sad that you don't care about rec kids being ripped off by a greedy club. |
As hollow as those plastic sombrero medals? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Your obsession with Valor is really weird. |
The FPYC tournament has been good. Lots of teams and competition is solid. How many teams are even in valors? |
Its mostly just multiple teams per age group from sya and cya. Its nothing like the fpyc tournament. |
As is yours! You hop on here to defend Valor almost immediately after any post. I am sad for you. What a life. |
That’s pathetic |
The Valor tournament was fine for the younger boys at least. I don’t think two clubs from the same team had to play each other at any point. The kids had fun and the games were close enough to be somewhat exciting. The medals seem like any other my older kids have gotten from sports tournaments — not hollow and did not break on the way home. I assume they upgraded from previous years. Sounds like the problems are at the older ages. |
Isn't U10 "younger boys"? |
There was better competition during the regular season than in this tournament. This barely qualifies as an “all star” tournament. It’s basically the leftovers that didn’t play in FPYC. |
It's the same person who is obsessed with bashing Valor. If the biggest complaint they can come up with this year is in one division of one age group two teams from the same organization made it to the final then there isn't much here. |
Yes, but I’m not talking about them. Did not see those games. |
Trust me…the SYA coaches don’t like it either but are “forbidden” to participate in another tournament and will not be given player cards. There is a HUGE COI here with people working (paid employees) for both the rec clubs and Valor. |
What are the u13g coaches going to do when their girls decide not to play anymore 🤣 |
