It will be, it’s just sort of comical. Same exact location, pretty much the same group of players. The VRSC coaches can spy on FCV’s session from the rooftop bar; The FCV coaches can spy on VRSC’s session from the woods.

this sounds surreal and comical. Hopefully the bartender will be working. Seriously has to be uncomfortable and unprofessional feelz for the families being jerked around.

The VRSC coaches are the current FCV coaches, no need to sit at the rooftop bar and spy

So that I'm tracking. FCV will stay in GA, lost half their staff to a club they rent fields from, who now has GA membership. a club without actually ever really fielding quality teams before. Both clubs had tryouts at the same place (which apparently has a cool bar) - with the same staff. Both clubs are located in the same geographic area, competing for the same players.

And another club, who use to partner with McLean and is responsible for why no one consulted a color wheel before putting green and orange on a uniform are now GA, too. And JUST has ID sessions three days after announcing. There are now three GA clubs, five ECNL teams in 25 miles of each other.

Anyone else think this is insane?

Why do you care? If the market is there I a family can go either way to whatever club they want. Why do you care? Why does ECNL want to be the only thing a MONOPOLY? To push parents, clubs and players do things with no standards. To favor clubs because of their connections?

What you talking about? I never ONCE said my kid plays for ECNL. My kid plays RL on a mediocre team for a run of the mill club in town and has little desire to play ECNL or GA. He just loves the game. YOU have a chip on your shoulder when it comes to GA - which you easily make my point that YOU are part of problem.

It’s definitely more about the girls at FCV than boys. All of the FCV boys teams came from Barca Academy. The majority of them dipped. After most of the 2006s graduate this summer that will be it for the boys. There is no strong youth coming up through their system because of the direction AB took them, he completely fumbled all the Barca academy youth handed to him.

For the girl’s I think they’ll be fine.
