For Pete's sake, please give the kid a real first name and let her use Stacie as a nickname.

OK, well those names are classic, decent names that go well with Stacie.

I mean, honestly. What can you do with STACIE?

Ditch the "ie" spelling. It is only cute in elementary school.

Stacie is a real first name. I've met lots of people named Stacie.

How about Stacie Oneparent'slastname Otherparent'slastname?

OP, why Stacie? Would you consider Anastasia or Stasia?

I’d go with a longer name for the middle like Elizabeth or Eleanor or Rebecca or Amelia... something more old fashioned to strengthen the first name.

Do you want a middle name that you are going to pair with Stacy and use as her name. That is, do you intend to call her Stacie or Stacie Lynn?

NP. I agree with this. Choose the longer, "formal" version of the name and use Stacie as a nickname. It will make your future daughter seem more professional and less cutesy when she grows up, and people are more likely to take "Anastasia" more seriously than "Stacie."

We're not Russian and don't like Anastasia or Stasia. Those are our reasons for not picking those names. We both love the name Stacie. I will focus on coming up with longer names for the middle, thanks.
