Can anyone recommend a good app to track macros on Keto? Also, how do you know what % of fat vs protein to eat? Is there a guide anywhere? |

I suppose once you have your macros figured out, you can use any food tracker. I'm the 3 year keto eater from another thread and I have never done this macro stuff. I just keep my fats high, my carbs low, and I occasionally pee on a stick to check for ketones. |
