van dorn village?

Arlington renter here, looking at properties for sale.
Does anyone have any feedback about Van Dorn Village, adjacent to Franconia Rd and Van Dorn St? Townhomes there are in our price range and look decent, but I don't know anything about the neighborhood.

We love living in the Kingstowne area...I feel safe and secure running in the area but, as everyone should be, am always careful and cautious of my surroundings. Some people gripe about the highschool there (Edison) but I've also heard from students that it was a good experience for them. Good luck!
