| England when the exchange rate was close to 2:1 (this was around 2000ish). It was prohibitively expensive. Worse than Switzerland. We were in Denmark last year and it was surprisingly affordable despite having a reputation of being expensive. And Japan has been reasonable. Even Hong Kong was fine. |
