Husband is Skiing?

DH is on a business trip to Europe. I Face Timed him Saturday and discovered he was on a ski slope! WTF? I'm here at home alone with nothing to do and he's having a grand time!

Good for him.

If I was in Europe I'd be skiing, too! Sounds like a great time. He can sit around moping with "nothing to do" when he gets home - let him have some fun.

Well, it's a lot better than some of the other alternatives you may have tuned-in on his doing...

You should divorce him, obviously. How dare he try to enjoy himself. His sole purpose for being should be to please you and keep you from boredom.

Amirite?

When in Rome...

I would be very happy for him.

Well, then hop on a plane and go skiing too.

If you're home with nothing to do, that's your problem. Find something interesting to do.

Should he have flown home for the weekend? Come on, OP. You can't be this stupid.

+1 I work in Europe regularly for a month at a time and don’t fly home for weekends. My company isn’t going to pay for 6 extra international flights when I can just stay for a month straight. I take a train to another country (on my own dime/per diem) and explore, go to sporting events, etc.

In the US I sometime stay over weekends if I have Friday and Monday meetings in the same location. I have 3 customers in Denver that I’ve taken skiing, skeet shooting, golfing, baseball games, brewery tours.
