Ads with sound

| The ad itself is fine, I think it was Visit St. Mary's county, MD, but the audio is disruptive. Is there a way to disable sound but still run the ad? I'm sure this is high up on the list of petty requests and if it's not possible, don't spend time worrying about it. thx. |

I have prohibited ads with sound from all of our ad network partners. Therefore, that ad should not have been there. However, I haven't seen it so I don't know which network provided it. If you get it again, it should have a little blue triangle in the corner. If you click that, it should give you more information about it, possibly including the ability to block it going forward.

| I had one just now, also, and get this: it wasn't even in English. I kid you not. It was in an Asian language, either Chinese or Vietnamese. Very weird. |

Can you please try to click on the blue triangle in one corner of the ad? That may tell where the ad is coming from and/or give you an option to stop getting it. |

| I am getting these two. A lot, maybe 50 in the last 2-3 days. No little blue triangle to click. |

| I just got it for James Allen jewelers. There is a yellow rectangle gray says "Ad" on the top left of the ad (left sidebar ad) but nothing happens when I click on it. |
