| Parents - please don't ask AARTs for a copy of the files now. Most of them are not ready, not submitted, or they'd rather want to release all after they're even done with referral files. All you would do by asking now is looking like an anxious parent. February is an extremely busy month for them. Let them finish their hard work with trust and patience. |

| I asked when I could receive a copy of the packet when I dropped off my referral. AART said end of February. I am planning to ask first or second week of March when she is hopefully not as busy. It's not like there is anything we can do with the info right now. |
