Has anyone taken a small child to Patagonia?

| My husband and I are planning to take our one-year-old daughter to Argentinian Patagonia in November - to el Calafate, el Chalten and Ushuaia. Has anyone been to any of these places with a small child? We're looking for any site-specific tips you can provide. Many thanks! |

| We took our 6 month old daughter to Peninsula Valdez last November. You'll have a great time - Argentinians LOVE children and cribs should not be a problem to find in hotels. My husband and I went to El Calafate pre-baby, but would definitely recommend a restaurant called Pura Vida there.
