Spa World.
It will change your life. |
| If price point isn’t a huge issue, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental. Also good, better price point is Bliss at the W. It is small, but the treatments are nice. Love Bliss products. |
| I love the Mandarin hotel. Hands down the best. Not crazy about W Bliss. It’s too small and trendy. The zen experience is with the Mandarin. Also the Watergate just opened a spa, but I’ve never been there yet. Looks like it might be a good retreat. Have fun! |
| I was very unimpressed with Mandarin. It is pretty, but the service is cold and impersonal. |

Have to agree. I was also unimpressed. It has all the features, but something is missing. For the money you spend, you want it to be an amazing experience and it just isn't quite there. |
| Salamander!!!!!!!! But that's VA. However incredible! |
Did you finally get your friend on board for your birthday? |
|
Doesn't have to be DC proper. VA and MD are ok!

| I love Woodhouse Day Spa but it doesn't have a hot tub. The Relaxation room is divine, and it feels elegant without being stuffy. The massage therapists are excellent, and the pedicures are wonderful. You can order food from Seasons 52 across the street that is brought to you. The locker room is spotless. Highly recommend it! |
| We personally love the Mandarin hotel. Very soothing, quiet, I always feel like I’m cuddled in a cocoon when I get massages there. Salamander hotel is good but far away and not really in DC. |
