| Which one do you like more and why? Pricewise, how do they compare? Thanks. |

Depends on why you are going. We went skiing at Masanutten and went to the indoor water park there a little bit after skiing one day. The water park is pretty lame, but was fun for the kids after skiing. The skiing was okay for this area, but not great.
Our kids LOVE Great Wolf in Williamsburg. They had a tough time choosing between the water park and wizard scavenger game each day. We also did some historical stuff (Williamsburg, Jamestown). It wasn't busy when we went, but I hear that it can be really crowded. The kids loved the rooms with the bunk beds. |

How long are you vacationing?
Grey Wolf you HAVE to stay X amount of nights (I think there was a 2 night min. when we considered going) and it was pricey...at least for our budget. Massnutten has no obligation for overnight stay. There is a resort, skiing, golf (depending on the season), etc., but it's independent of the water park. We liked Massanutten better - there was a kiddie area for the 1 and 2 year olds, the lazy river for grandma, and the surfing/slides/waterfalls, for the kids. |
