If you go to Orangetheory every day or close to it, I have a few questions. I enjoy it a lot, and I rely on it to sleep well, improve my mood, feel strong, be nicer to my family and feel more even-keeled. I have been going consistently for a couple years. It does not help me lose weight however, because I'm pretty hungry after going, but I've come to terms with that.
If you feel ravenous after going, any tips on not eating your whole fridge a few hours later? My traps, the muscles where my neck and shoulders come together, are too beefy. I'm pretty sure it's from all the rowing. Anyone else experience this? Solutions? Lately I am not getting the same bang for my buck, I don't always sleep well or feel as amazing after going, whereas I used to. If you've been going for a while, do you still love it? I've thought about trying some other studio classes like barre, but that could get expensive on top of OTF. |
