I am not a fan of their big salads, unless it is a chicken caesar salad.
What other dishes are low-carb, and reasonable calorie, and tasty? I am trying to stay under 800 calories..if possible. Any suggestions? |
They are a chain and thus legally required to list their calorie counts on their menu. Just look at their online menu - they have a section or symbol to indicate "healthier" foods. |
Items on their skinnylicious menu have under 600 calories:

I'd skip the food and go right to half a cheesecake. |
Most of their salads have over 2,000 calories, no kidding. The Chinese chicken one has something like 80 grams of fat and i't's not just in the dressing.
If you get one of the sandwiches with something other than fries and ask them to hold the cheese and/or sauce, that might be a better bet. |
This is a couple years old but I don't think they change their menu that much.

You either skip it entirely or go all out and eat what satisfies you as long as you stay disciplined your rest of your meals. An extra 1,000 calories once in a blue moon won't throw you off track. |
Their portions are massive for the non skinny-licious items (the regular items) so you could get a regular menu item and share it with another person or take half home. |
Agree that a lot of it is portion size there - it's even more out of control than at other restaurants.
Either split a meal with someone or order off the skinny menu. |
I would probably go for the skinnylicious Tuscan chicken.
They used to have plate of grilled chicken, scrambled egg whites and sauteed spinach that I used to order all the time. It was good and filling. Then they discontinued it! I'm still bitter about that. |
There’s a lettuce wrap thing on the appetizer menu that is pretty healthy! |
Kale salad. |
Yes I know. I was asking what others have tried. thanks for the know-it-all answer. |
I almost always get the roasted pear and blue cheese flatbread with caramelized onions, hold the pecans. It is around 500 calories I think and absolutely delicious and filling. Excellent flavor profile. |
