Adult trip near (ish) St Louis, not Chicago

Had to cancel a couples trip to Vegas bc one of us has to end up in St Louis for work. Now the plan is to go somewhere else for 2 nights and St Louis for 2 nights. Is there anywhere fun we could go that’s sort of nearby or a quick flight? Looking for a nice hotel, good restaurants, bars, etc. Chicago is out bc of weather - this is next month. I actually went to college in St Louis and enjoy it, but I don’t want to spend four nights there.

Quick flight? It's the middle of the country, so pretty much anywhere.
Nashville, New Orleans, and Austin come to mind.

I grew up in STL. Our quick weekend trips were Kansas City, Memphis, Nashville, or Chicago. KC sand Memphis are 3.5 your drives, so I’d suggest that. KC has the Power & Light District and Memphis has Beale Street.
