| Looking for a European Capital for our 50th birthdays. Late spring trip. DH has a bit of a roving eye, so I'd prefer a destination where the young things keep their clothes on. Any ideas? I think Barcelona is out; maybe a northern capital? |
With that criteria, maybe you should go on separate trips? Or stick to somewhere north where the weather will be too cold for undressed young women (or men?) - Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, etc. |
| this is such a strange post |
| Moscow |

Barcelona isn't a capital in any event, unless you are a separatist. Why does it have to be a capital? Some capitals are nice, some not so much.
What about Ireland or Scotland? Edinburgh is nice. In Ireland I expect you might want to venture outside of Dublin. |
| Budapest |

Late May trip? Scandinavia and the Baltic. You can do several cities easily or even St. Petersburg.
April and early May, somewhere more south. Vienna? |
| Berlin is trendy and interesting and historical and fully clothed |
Because scandanvian women don’t dress sexy at all? They’re all beautiful. This OP is ridiculous. Dump that husband |
| This is hilarious. |
Melania and Donald prefer Oslo. |
| I am sorry, OP about your DH's wandering eye. That must be awful. If that is a serious concern in this situation, you have to judge based on the "type" that catches his eye the most, right? Are you actually afraid he would act on it? Then you have to consider local behaviors as well? I dunno. PP is correct that Scandinavia has a lot of good looking people - not very relevant, though, if he's into brunettes with deep tans...But it will be chilly there late May, hence more clothing required. Dunno - I mean this is advice based on generalizations... |
| Yerevan. Kardashians aside, the Armenians are extremely conservative. |
| Riyadh or Tehran? |
| Edinborough |
