Potomac camp or Camp Congo for 6yo girl?

My daughter has not been to camps before and this will be her first Summer at camp. Her older brother is at tech camps so I'm not able to send her to the same one as him.

She likes to play in water but doesn't know how to swim and not a big sports person in general, more into arts. Does anyone have thoughts on which might be better? I think Potomac might actually try to teach swimming. Not sure how many times a day they actually swim.

I’m a big fan of Congo camp, as DC has gone for several years. Which program(s) at it are you considering? For Day Camp, they spend almost all of their time outside doing activities, and they’ll get in the pool every day; I’m not sure I’d recommend it for a kid who isn’t into sports and prefers quieter activities. Look at the specialty camps - they have some art camps for her age group, and other themes that might interest her. She’d still get some pool time, just not daily if the specialty camp is at Sleepy Hollow. My DC usually does a combination of specialty, day, and travel camp.
